1. Agreement to Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who interacts with my website or engages my professional services.

2. Services Description

Analyst Orbit provides professional web analytics and conversion tracking services. My core offerings include:

• Conversion tracking implementation and troubleshooting
• Server-side tracking setup (using tools such as Google Tag Manager Server-Side, Conversions API, and similar technologies)
• Analytics configuration (Google Analytics 4, ad platform pixels, and related tracking systems)
• Tracking implementation across advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, and others
• Related consulting and advisory services for measurement strategy

The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined and agreed upon before any work begins.

3. Service Engagement

Services are initiated by booking a consultation through my website. During the consultation, I discuss your tracking needs and determine the best course of action.

Before any work begins, both parties agree on the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in adjusted timelines and pricing, which will be communicated and confirmed before proceeding.

For enterprise or larger-scale engagements, custom quotes are provided based on the specific requirements of your project.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure I can deliver my services effectively, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to required platforms and tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, ad platform accounts, analytics properties, website backend or CMS)
• Maintaining active accounts and up-to-date billing with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Responding to requests for information or approvals in a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays
• Ensuring they have the authority to grant access to the accounts and platforms required for the engagement

Delays in providing access or required information may impact project timelines. I will communicate proactively if any blockers arise.

5. Intellectual Property

All tracking implementations, Google Tag Manager containers, custom configurations, and deliverables created as part of a client engagement become the client's property upon receipt of full payment.

Analyst Orbit retains the right to use anonymized case studies, aggregate performance data, and general descriptions of the work performed for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes. No confidential or identifying client information will be shared without explicit written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon as part of each project scope. Unless otherwise arranged, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged. Any applicable payment structure will be clearly outlined before work commences.

7. Confidentiality

I take confidentiality seriously. All client data, analytics accounts, tracking configurations, ad account details, and business information shared with me during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential.

I will not share, sell, or disclose any client data or business information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

My services are provided on an "as is" basis. While I strive for accuracy and best-practice implementations, Analyst Orbit is not liable for:

• Changes to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok policy or feature updates) that may affect existing tracking implementations
• Advertising performance results — I optimize your tracking and measurement accuracy, not your ad creative or campaign strategy
• Data discrepancies caused by browser privacy updates, ad blockers, consent management changes, or platform attribution model updates
• Loss of data resulting from client-side changes made after my implementation is delivered

In all cases, my total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engagement in question.

9. Website Use

The content on the Analyst Orbit website — including articles, guides, tools, and resources — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. I do my best to keep all content accurate and up to date, but I do not warrant its completeness or applicability to your specific situation.

Website content should not be considered a substitute for professional consultation. For implementation advice tailored to your business, I recommend getting in touch with me directly.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days of written notice. Upon termination:

• All work completed up to the termination date is billable and due for payment
• Any deliverables completed to that point will be transferred to the client
• Outstanding access credentials shared with Analyst Orbit should be revoked by the client upon project completion or termination

I aim to handle all terminations professionally and ensure a smooth transition.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in my services or business practices. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of my website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. I encourage you to review this page periodically.
